How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders of $150.00 or more. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Because each item is printed to order, we accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at info@menesmerch.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
