1. Enrollment
Submit an application via our Affiliate signup. We review and approve at our discretion. By applying, you agree to these terms.
2. Commission Tiers
Qualification based on monthly (calendar month) net sales volume (before refunds/taxes/shipping):
- Bronze: $0 – $499 → 5%
- Silver: $500 – $2,499 → 8%
- Gold: $2,500 – $9,999 → 10%
- Platinum: $10,000+ → 12%
Tier is set on the 1st of each month based on previous month’s performance.
3. Cookie & Attribution
30-day cookie window, last-click attribution. Commission is earned on net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts).
4. Commission Holds & Payout
Commissions are held 30 days to clear the return window. Payouts are monthly if your available balance is at least $25. Balances under $25 roll over.
5. Payment Methods
PayPal, Bank Transfer (US only), and Crypto (USDC). Menes Token payout option will be available in a future phase.
6. FTC Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., #ad, #affiliate). Place disclosure near affiliate links in a conspicuous manner.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Spam or unsolicited promotional methods
- PPC bidding on Menes Merch branded keywords or trademarks
- Self-referrals or using your own link to purchase
- Cookie stuffing, cloaking, or misleading claims
- Redirecting coupon-site traffic without permission
Violation may result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
8. Tax Documentation
US affiliates must submit a W-9 before payments reach $600 in a calendar year; international affiliates must submit a W-8BEN. We will issue 1099 forms as required by IRS.
9. Termination
We may terminate your participation for any reason, including inactivity or policy violation. Commissions accrued up to termination will be paid unless due to prohibited activity.
