Thank you for shopping at Menes Merch. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is produced and delivered.

1. Processing Time

Most of our products are custom-made to order. Total delivery time = production time + transit time:

  • Made-to-order items: production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
  • In-stock items (where offered): typically ship within 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons or promotions, production may take slightly longer. Any estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in your confirmation email is an estimate, not a guarantee.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): $5.99 flat rate — estimated 5–7 business days in transit after production.
  • Free Shipping: automatically applied to U.S. orders of $99 or more.
  • Live carrier rates: some products may show real-time rates at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping costs for your specific order are always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Multiple Shipments

Because items may be produced by different fulfillment partners or locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

4. Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number for each package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to become active after you receive it.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. International Orders, Customs, and Taxes

Where international shipping is available, delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
